Great experience from start to finish, the staff gave you time to look around without being pushy, great deals in store. Very pleased with the quality of the laminate flooring that we purchased. Looks lovely down. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for quality flooring at great prices.

Excellent service from start to finish We had a great experience with Floor Giants in Derby. The manager, Ash, was extremely helpful when we visited the showroom and even made us a hot drink while we discussed fitting dates and the different flooring options available, which was a really nice touch. We had three rooms fitted with engineered oak flooring, and each room required the skirting boards to be carefully removed and then reinstalled to a very high standard. The finish looks fantastic, and the attention to detail really shows. Ash recommended Keith as an exceptional fitter, and he certainly lived up to that reputation. Keith, along with his young apprentice Nathan, were polite, hardworking, and very professional throughout. They worked tirelessly, kept everything clean and tidy, and clearly took pride in their work. Fantastic service all round — we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Floor Giants, Ash, Keith, and Nathan to anyone looking for quality flooring and excellent workmanship Thanks again, Paul and Anne-Marie

We've used Floor Giants a few times in the past and always been very happy with the service and quality of the flooring. We recently ordered a new wooden herringbone floor covering for our entrance running into the lounge, on this occasion Kim was the salesperson who assisted us from start to finish she was excellent, putting us with us changing our minds about the flooring, we ordered more than required as our room has many odd corners, we also paid extra for all 3 doors to be planed if required, as it happened only one needed planing. The fitter Johnathan was amazing, a perfectionist, I have never had a floor fitted as well as this one, many thanks Johnathan. After the floor was fitted Kim rang me to ask if I was happy with the job, happy very happy thank you, she said that only one door had been planed so I would receive a refund for the 2 had hadn't needed to be adjusted also that I had 2 full boxes and almost another full opened one, she said we could return the 2 full boxes for a full refund, we returned the 2 boxes and was refunded for the doors and flooring without any issue. We would highly recommend Kim for her great service Johnathan for the excellent fitting job and Floor Giants Hull for supplying an excellent quality floor. Many thanks guys. Paul & John.
