I would highly recommend floor giant, they have lots of great flooring options at different price points. I took a bit of time to decide between some of the flooring options-laminate/lvt/spc and the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable when explaining to me the differences to aid my decision making. They offered thoughtful recommendations for me as an individual. Ash was great when I made my final purchase-i can't say enough good things about my experience with him he made me feel at ease, he was professional, patient and genuinely invested in getting everything to be perfect for my order-would definitely recommend going to see Ash to anyone.

Kim was extremely helpful and provided some great advice. The flooring and thermal underlay arrived in perfect condition and has fitted in seamlessly with our existing flooring. I fully recommend this store.

Visited the store today and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman. Even though I am not looking until next year, the salesman still spent time to explain my options and I felt no pressure. Will definitely be coming back in the new year as the choice is fantastic.

So far, mine and my husband’s experience with Floor Giants Hedge End, Southampton has been a positive one. Although we had a good idea of what we wanted and had already taken some measurements, Gaz was extremely helpful in helping us pick exactly what we were looking for and was more than happy to make arrangements for Harry to come out and check our measurements and advice as to our requirements regarding underlay, door bars, etc. Both Gaz and Harry were very pleasant and knowledgeable, their expertise and advice helped us no end. We haven’t had the laminate fitted yet but once we do we will edit this review to reflect our full experience with Floor Giants.

Fantastic experience with Floor Giants Southampton! The team was super helpful from start to finish and really knew their stuff. Great range of flooring options, and the quality is top-notch. The whole process was smooth, and the final result looks amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for new flooring!
